CU Online
You can access your Credit Union accounts online by clicking on the CU Online tab. CU Online gives you the flexibility provided by your access to your accounts 24/7, from anywhere you have internet access. By using CU Online you may:

  • View your accounts
  • Transfer funds
  • Pay your bills
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Check if funds have cleared or deposits posted
  • Generate history reports
  • Download active statements to home money management programs

The initial pin used by CU Online is the same as your Infoline pin. If you do not have an Infoline pin, email or call us at (212) 354-0351.

EZcardInfo
Access your credit card information on line through ezcardinfo. Manage your credit card account online through ezcardinfo Simply click the link on our homepage and enroll in our new online service. You can review account information, track spending, set alerts, download files and much more. Managing your account is fast, secure, free and easy with eZcardinfo.

ATM Access
When you're signing up for membership, we'll automatically order an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) card for you absolutely free. You may use this card as many times as you want for free at any of the Credit Union's ATMs. NYTEFCU also participates with the Star and Cirrus networks giving you 24 hour access to your funds at many network ATMs. The first eight network transactions you perform each month are free, thereafter there is a fee of $1 for each additional transaction.

Infoline (Audio Response System)
One great way to avoid making a trip to the Credit Union is by using Infoline. You can conveniently obtain Credit Union information and perform transactions on your account through this 24-hour automated telephone service. This free, easy-to-use service can be accessed as often as you like, but requires the use of a Personalized Identification Number (PIN) which you can obtain from a Member Service Representative. Discover the many advantages to using Infoline. If you already have a Personalized Identification Number(PIN), Simply Dial (888) NYT - EFCU (If you are calling from outside New York City and Long Island) or Dial (212) 354-0351 option 8 ( If you are calling from inside New York City and Long Island) to access your account information.

Loan-By-Phone
You can apply for a loan over the phone or get information about loan products and rates through this free 24 hour-a-day service. Submit your application whenever it's convenient for you, and we'll call you with an answer within two business days. Simply dial (888) 792-LOAN (5626).

Direct Deposit
Have your entire (or a portion of your) payroll directly deposited into your Credit Union account(s) and rest assured, your funds will automatically be in your account each pay day. You can use direct deposit to build savings or make payments to your loans.
