ATM Access
When you're signing up for membership, we'll order a Debit Mastercard or Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) card for you absolutely free. You may use this card as many times as you want for free at any of the Credit Union's ATMs. NYTEFCU also participates with the CO-OP network giving you surcharge free 24 hour access to your funds at many network ATMs. The first eight network transactions you perform each month are free, thereafter there is a fee of $1 for each additional transaction.
Digital Wallet
Enjoy unparalleled shopping convenience! Simply download and open a digital wallet app on your smartphone, such as Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ or Samsung® Pay, and add your NYTEFCU debit card information. Then, all you need is your smartphone or smartwatch to pay at participating merchants.
CardValet
Control your card from your phone! Card security is important. Enjoy the convenience of managing your card from wherever you are. From blocking and unblocking your card, setting up alerts or making travel updates, CardValet lets you do it all. How to get CardValet: 1) Download the CardValet app from the App Store® or Google Play™. 2) Follow the secure registration and enter your card number to link your card(s) to the app. That’s it!
